CCI Sales Engineer Earns Cisco Fire Jumper Designation

IRON MOUNTAIN, Mich., Dec 5, 2016 – Eric Hurzeler, CCI Systems Sales Engineer, has earned the eric-hurzeler-SMFire Jumper designation for CCI’s partnership with Cisco. With this designation, Cisco recognizes Hurzeler’s excellence in technical skills and salesmanship relating to Cisco security solutions. His particular expertise is in Next Gen Firewall (NGFW) and Next Gen Intrusion Prevention Systems (NGIPS).

The Cisco Fire Jumper title is a new prerequisite of Cisco Master Security Specialization requirements. Fire Jumpers demonstrate loyalty through contribution or help in obtaining specific enablement goals, they have written support and backing by leadership, and have achieved stage 4 in at least one of the competency areas.

Hurzeler says of the Fire Jumper program, “The Cisco Security team did a fantastic job with the Fire Jumper program.  The hands-on technical training and one-on-one time with a Cisco CSE was invaluable, as it focused on what our customers care about the most, which is why we all do this in the first place. I’m happy to pass the knowledge on to anyone interested and explain why a Cisco Security solution is the clear choice.”
