Evan Gallup Grows NOC Automation and Efficiency in New Role
IRON MOUNTAIN, Mich., October 30, 2017 – The Network Operations Center at CCI Systems is pleased to announce Evan Gallup as the newly appointed Network Operations Center (NOC) Manager, where he will manage the NOC team and develop quality assurance initiatives to drive network reliability and improved customer service.
Gallup’s technical abilities position himself well to support the NOC and its team members. His knack to address and communicate issues from an objective point of view and existing insight of CCI’s NOC systems made him the perfect candidate to fill this leadership role at CCI.
Prior to his promotion, Gallup worked as a network operations engineer at CCI, where he maintained, supported, and innovated the infrastructure, tools, and products of CCI’s Call Center-NOC operations.
His background in troubleshooting, current focus on automation, and capacity to manage processes and implement procedures will help automate many of the current manual functions customers rely on CCI to provide. The automated systems and processes will allow for a more efficient customer interaction and sharing of information, leading to increased customer satisfaction.

After serving in the United States Army, Gallup studied Information Technology at the College of Ouachitas in Malvern, AR and currently holds a LogicMonitor Certified Professional (LMCP) certification.
