“Many people would say that a positive attitude is enough to be considered good at what you do, but Thomas doesn’t stop there. When he makes updates or alterations, he always seems to ask himself the following, ‘How can I make this easier for the people that use it every day?’
I have reached out to Thomas on a few items in the past. He is always happy to assist. He has shown me more than once that his focus is a quick and efficient response to make sure things are working for those who need it. He follows up by allocating his time to improve the process being used so that it can become more efficient for everyone involved.
