Technical Field Services (TFS)
Operations in our Technical Field Division is a key strategic area for CCI Systems long term, as operators of HFC and fiber networks upgrade and build new systems. Our talented staff is what brings our customers to trust the process as we work with our teams to bring about the highest quality, and timely delivery of field services. We’re firmly committed to drive significant value for our customers in what we do every day.
Guide Star is an innovative team of experts with the energy to deliver world-class, service-based security and technology solutions virtually, including cybersecurity, network operations centers, contact centers, grant cyber assistance, and more. Believing in the power of the small-to-medium business, Guide Star’s managed cybersecurity and IT services are structured around the challenges and risks the SMB community faces including the complex management of technology.

Our team of professionals are trained and provided with the necessary information, guidelines, and tools to ensure the safety of our job sites. Our employees receive on-the-job training to ensure compliance with all safety practices and everything is reviewed and updated by our full-time safety manager. Our Field Management Teams are responsible for conducting daily toolbox meetings to ensure that our crews are following all necessary safety measures, including proper signage and workwear, as well as following all industry and federal regulations set forth by OSHA, DOT, our clients, and the communities in which we operate.
